Progress Bar does not auto dissapear when watching plex on new LG TV

Hello,

I have a new LG TV and have the official plex app installed and I watch a shared library using my own plex account.  That all works great except when I watch any movie or video the progress bar does not auto hide and will show the black border on the top of the screen with the name of the movie and the progress bar on the bottom.  It does not matter where I click I can not get the progress bar to disappear.

I have removed the plex app and added it again but the progress bar on the bottom and the title of the video on top are translucent and i can see through them but they wont auto disappear even I i click back on the LG magic remote

I have checked with the person hosting the shared library and their progress bar auto disappears.

Any suggestions

Wayne

I only have the LG Magic remote to use

I do have a Logitech Trackpad which I tried but I get the same result and the progress bar on the bottom along with the picture and the name of the video on the top still does not disappear

    Thanks

I'm experiencing a similar issue spasmodically, going back a couple steps and repeating resolved the issue.

This does not happen every time , i have not tried IPad app to see if it's the same..

I'm having exactly the same problem since my last update to Plex app 2.6.9 on WebOs 3.10.19-32.afro.5 (it was working fine before).

In my case, I found it to be occurring when I set the off timer on the TV from the quick config menú (the cog the upper right corner). I also found a workaround that seems to work most of the time (9/10 times). After setting the timer and seeing both the title bar and the progresa bar "stick", I just go into the tv's advanced config and exit it without any changes.

Anyway, please fix it, Plex staff... it's really annoying having to do that.

    Thanks,
    Daniel

This issue still hasn't been fixed. Makes it hard to use Plex on an LG TV.

I believe update PMS 1.4.3.3433 resolves this issue
