Alexa "I could not find any available servers"

Title pretty much says it all. Port 32400 is open for Plex.

app.plex.tv can see my server, I can see my server remotely on 4g BUT alexa cannot see my server :(

any ideas?

    Fixed it :p had messed up some wifi settings on my APs

    What exactly did you have messed up? I am having this same issue. I have 5 echo devices in my house and have the plex skill installed. Remote access is enabled but everything is local. I have secure connections set to preferred.

    Incorrect DNS settings on my wireless access points, along with using a DUAL WAN setup - had to do some firewall rules to get alexa and plex on the same WAN
