Not getting metadata/images/episodes for Survivor. TVDB matching issue
For the entirety of this season (S34) of Survivor, I have gotten nothing downloaded.
Here's the directory structure, nothing special about its name.
D:\TV>dir /a:d *Survivor* Volume in drive D is Mirrored Volume Serial Number is BEFA-1D85 Directory of D:\TV 03/17/2017 10:37 AM <DIR> Survivor 0 File(s) 0 bytes 1 Dir(s) 2,728,806,551,552 bytes free
Here's the subdirectory structure... works fine for literally every other show.
D:\TV\Survivor>dir /s /b D:\TV\Survivor\S34 D:\TV\Survivor\S34\34x01 - The Stakes Have Been Raised (2017-03-08).mkv D:\TV\Survivor\S34\34x02 - Survivor Jackpot (2017-03-15).mkv D:\TV\Survivor\S34\34x03 - The Tables Have Turned (2017-03-22).mkv D:\TV\Survivor\S34\34x04 - Dirty Deed (2017-03-29).mkv D:\TV\Survivor\S34\34x05 - Vote Early, Vote Often (2017-04-05).mkv D:\TV\Survivor\S34\34x06 - What Happened on Exile, Stays on Exile (2017-04-12).mkv D:\TV\Survivor\S34\34x07 - There's a New Sheriff in Town (2017-04-19).mkv
So I went and looked and finally figured out the log structure and saw that there were a bunch of files missing in the Survivor metadata as compared to TV series that looked good. So I deleted the folder and did an update all.
Apr 24, 2017 15:42:31.373 DEBUG - The show 'Survivor' has unmatched leaves, and show was matched, so we'll refresh. Apr 24, 2017 15:42:31.451 DEBUG - Refreshing metadata for 'Survivor' (agent: com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb) Apr 24, 2017 15:42:31.451 DEBUG - Refreshing GUID: 'com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb://307238?lang=en'
Oh yay, it matched... but still nothing.
So I went to TVDB and found the Survivor link... http://thetvdb.com/?id=76733&tab=series ....
Oh interesting, ID is 76733, not 307238. So what's that? http://thetvdb.com/?id=307238&tab=series Some Turkish? version of Survivor. But it's just listed as Survivor on that page. However, when you search Survivor at TVDB using the web UI, it shows up as Survivor (TR).
So uhhh... is there a way I can force Plex to find the right one? I can rename the folder to Survivor (US), but I don't think that should be necessary (not should it work).
