Check whatever browser you're using to access Plex Media Server. I was having this problem with Firefox because I'm paranoid about my privacy. I had Firefox delete all cookies and browser history whenever I closed the browser. Once I change the preference to keep cookies until they expire, the problem went away.
You need those cookies! That's where your log-in information is stored.
I use Chrome. I use History Eraser too, but it's not set to clear cookies.
Could log in information be stored someplace else that I'm clearing?

OttoKerner; thanks! I think it's a History Eraser conflict.
I created allowances for the local storage, but History
Eraser still clears it. I just unchecked Delete Local Storage
on History Eraser and the log in stays.
