Samsung UE48H6200 Direct Play

Good evening. A friend owns the Samsung UE48H6200 TV but can not get Direct Play all the movies I have but I can not understand why I force the transcode I attach the analysis of the two files, what I can do to Direct Play and I 'Other than I get the error message on the TV forcing the transcode.
I have noticed that what goes into Direct play has a "perfect" resolution of 1280x720 and that the profile level is High @ 4, while the one that makes the transcoding has an "imperfect" resolution and that the level is 4.1, you have some Idea and / or some solution to avoid transcode? Thank you

Sorry for my English but I use a translator

If you want to know why the app is transcoding, you can create a logfile.
How you do that is explained here

Ok I cut the log because very long I think I found the MDE part :.
It has been said that Direct Play is disabled but I'm sure it is set to Auto and trying to force Direct Play appears a type error message Can not contact the server more or less, some ideas? Thank you

PS: I removed the IP addresses of the PMS and the client by changing them with "IP-SERVER" and "IP-CLIENT" and partially obscured the id token

You should first enable the Send Debug to PMS option

Now run the movie again and the logfile should contain the [PlexforSamsung] tags and a direct play check like this one:

Ok I did everything, this is the result.

I do not really understand why it does direct play on a 1280x720 while for a 1280x528 goes to transcode, or maybe it can be for the profile level ?!
I remember that if I put on tv instead of the Auto imposed Direct Play I get an error message on tv. Thank you

I removed your attachment because it contained your access token, never show that to others.

As I can see from the logfile the app thinks it's direct playable, but it looks like the TV fails to play it which caused it to just the fall back to direct streaming. There must be something with the movie that the TV doesn't like, that might well be the strange resolution.

But most of the films are not "equal" resolutions but have crops to eliminate black bands, I've also tried other movies but history does not change. How can I do so not to transcodify?

Videos have to conform to some standard, you can't just slap something together and expect that to work.
The supported codecs and resolutions can be found in this topic.
