TCL TV and DLNA "video format not supported" troubleshooting

pjrkpjrk Posts: 1Members

I have a TCL SmartTV http://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/5c1b5b8 and Plex on Linux machine.
When I try to play a video file with avc1 coded through DLNA i get "video format not supported" on TV. Same message if I try to play that file using USB drive directly on TV or stream from a Windows 10 machine.
I have Optimized it and it now plays both from USB and Windows 10, but still same message when trying to play from Plex.
I tried with DirectPlay and DIrectStream on and off with same results.

TV does not show any other information. Sound is OK.

Original container is mkv, optimized - mp4.

How do I find what the problem is?
