Plex window/screen goes all black when playing back any video on Dell Venue 8 Pro running windows 10


I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro that I've used for the Windows store Plex app for quite some time. But recently it is broken. PLEX app starts okay and I can see my entire library. But when I try to play any video, it acts like it is buffering for a couple seconds (normal) and right when the video should start playing the entire screen goes black (no sound). The app has not crashed - I can still maximize/unmaximze the window, and I can use the back arrow to get back to the library. Please help!

I turned on network logging at 9:30 today5/15/17 and my username is lucaswillms@comcast.net
