I don't understand what Roku/Plex changed. I have movies that played just fine a year ago but now no longer play.

I'm really fed up trying to figure this out (AVIs seem suddenly to be a problem format--why?) and trying to decipher what "direct play" and "direct streaming" all do and why there are settings for each, and why choose original 2Mbps rate versus a different rate...endless BS I never had to deal with before.

What is going on? Why is my Plex not working like it used to? I haven't changed anything!
