PMS Version 1.7.3.3937 Transcoding causes crash

Unsure about what was done here, but the prior version ran pretty flawlessly for me, now the transcoder runs at 200+% of CPU, and has caused my PMS to crash 4 times since install. usually i wait a week or so to install updates, my bad this time. Huge bummer.

    And now sync doesn't work. How does one go back to a prior PMS version?

    More on sync. Constantly goes between updating info and waiting for server. Items themselves stuck on "waiting" at 50%. Super frustrating.

    EDIT:
    Will sync over cellular, NOT WiFi, irrespective of whether on local network (ie at home wifi) or outside home network wifi.
