Roku Ultra can't play any videos anymore

My Roku Ultra , can't play any videos anymore since plex update

It loads to 99% and repeat the load process from beginning to 99% forever...

I don't know if it is the update tho.

I checked for an update on the roku and updated it. No changes. Same problem.

I tried on my iPad and it works well.

I tried to restart server, restart Roku and same problem.

Could you help me please?
