Over the years, members of the Plex community, including the Ninjas, have devoted time and energy to helping others resolve their issues and learn more about getting the most out of Plex. It’s unique to find such camaraderie among users, and it’s no surprise the strength of this community has made the forums a special place for getting help with using Plex.

We’re looking at different ways we can bolster our support offerings in the future and we’d like to get your thoughts on one of those areas: paid technical support. A large support infrastructure for one-on-one help is quite expensive to maintain and we don’t want to raise prices, so we are evaluating paid technical support for those who want one-on-one help. Please take a few minutes and share with us your opinions in our Plex Support Survey. Thank you kindly!
