Thanks to the great work by a bunch of people, Intel committed the VAAPI VC-1 decoder fixes to GitHub for all.

We now have VC-1 decode macroblocking (artifacts) fixed for Linux hosts. . This has been an issue for some 6 years and has been a long time coming. Huge strides have been made over recent months and finally fixed only a few days ago.

Thanks and applause to all.
Thanks to Intel and the team there which committed the changes so quickly.
