last update of the plex Android app broke streaming to chromecast completely.

no videos, no music

Chromecast is on a different subnet than the pms, routing happens via vpn.

pms is accessible from the outside but with a different port.

other device which didn't get the update yet still works with the same chromecast and wifi.

please update your test cases.

    I did some debugging, here are the results:

    from the logs: "rejected because secure connections are required"

    setting the PMS option: Server, Network Secure Connection to: preferred from required enabled my chromecast to work again.

    I'm hoping to see a fix soon because I'm uncomfortable having encryption set to 'perhaps' instead of 'yes'
