Unable to play media

I have a QNAP TS-451+ and I've recently began getting playback errors for all my video media (TV & movies) from my Plex server on it. On my TV, it says "Unable to play media". When I try the web app, I get a playback error: shaka1001 (Network). I've attached my server logs. Any help would be appreciated.
