Remote access not possible


I am new subscriber and I am not able to access my Plex server via my Smart TV. It's says not accessible outside my network and I can not change this. Is there a guide to what to do?

    You will need to make sure you have a publicly route-able IP that doesn't need to be static but cant change very often.
    You will need to configure port forwarding to your plex server on your "router" most likely to get this to work.
