Warning: Do not update to

I'm using a F2-420 and recently updated Plex to the new version and it simply doesn't work anymore. Choppy playback, constant buffering even without transcoding, anything transcoded is completely unplayable (so no subtitles). I'm not sure why an update is such a huge step backwards in terms of resource usage but I did not have these issues until the latest update. Your results may vary but I wanted to warn users since there doesn't appear to be a way to get a working version once you update.

Upon closer examination, this doesn't appear to be related to resource usage. I was under the impression the CPU was bottlenecking but watching the resource monitor, it doesn't go above 75% on any core very often. This update is just trash and completely breaks the server. I'd attach logs but there's no attach button. Update at your own peril.

just drag and drop a file in text entry window to attach. If it doesn't because it is not supported type. just zip it up

attaching in this forum should be fixed
