Unable to load content server

Hi,,,

i have a problem since a week or two....

on some videos... the app show me an error "Unable to load content server" only on direct play..

if i put setting on streaming or conversion.. it's ok ... i can play the video... but i have another error on some video when the framerate is at 60 fps...

I try to disconnect... unplug the cord ... try with the secure ou insecure connection... uninstall the app... change the version of PMS ...

Nothing..

if u have an idea...

The model of the tv is : TV PN60F5500

    Thanks orca... :) it's ok now...

    with the new update of the server... the problem disappear....

    For the 60 fps.. the tv can play it directly .. :)

    Don't count on anyone from Plex responding. They seem to not care at all.

    @warham30:

    The file you played contains a dca (DTS) track. I'm not sure if this is the case, but 2.009 has a bug in audio switching.
    That means it doesn't switch the TVs output mode to DTS when an movie has that. But you can still change it manually from the TVs menu. You might want to try to switch to DTS and then try again. I will fix that issue in the next release.

    On the 60 frames per second issue, I don't think your model can play those files directly, but Plex should be able to transcode the files to a format thta the Tv understands.

    I wasn’t being rude, I was being honest. Would you prefer that I lie about how I feel about the support I have not received? If it came off as me being rude, that wasn’t my intention and I’ll apologize for that. I was just frustrated with asking for help back in November and still not receiving anything besides your not to me.
