New media is no longer being added to my library.

I'm using Plex Media Server Version on my 2008 MacBook Pro running OSX 10.11.6.

Since updating my Plex software, any new media added to my library is not recognized by this version of Plex. I have a Seagate Cloud Drive running Plex Version and it works fine and recognizes all of the new media I've added, so I know it's not my files or library.

Is there a workaround for this issue or is there a way to download the prior version of Plex? I do have on my system, under Application Support --> Plex Media Server --> Updates, version, but I don't know how to install or apply it.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    UPDATE: I've downloaded v1.9.3 of PMS, and I still have the same issue. Is there a file or set of files I need to download to reset my system and is there a way to do so without having to go back and fix all of my movie links from scratch?
