TV Show metadata not downloading

For the past month, I haven't been able to get metadata to download for TV Shows. I can't seem to figure out what is going on. After posting on Reddit, someone mentioned that on their Windows Server 2002 build, they had to get the security cert from tvdb.com and add it to their server for it to work. If that's what needs to happen here, I'm all ears, but I don't know how. If I Plex Dance the new episodes, nothing changes. If I dance with older episodes that already had Metadata, I lose the data. If I refresh metadata, nothing happens. I'm at my wit's end here. Any help is much appreciated.

This problem is still ongoing. Is anyone able to help?

Edit to add: My agents are in the correct order, BTW. There's something else going on here.
