Problems displaying external subtitles when watching movies in DLNA

First of all, you are enjoying everyday life with Plex Media Server.
I would like to express my gratitude to all concerned.
We are watching movies on Smart TV (LG WebOS TV) by DLNA with Plex Media Server.
However, no external subtitles are displayed.
External subtitles are .smi, .srt files.
Of course, the encoding is in Unicode (UTF-8).
Of course, we have set the Plex to DLNA.
The video and sound are normal, but the internal subtitles are also displayed correctly.
However, external subtitles are not displayed at all.
I wonder why external subtitles are not displayed.
Reference - LG WebOS TV Version: 3.7.0-5711401
