Can't connect to my Server!

I have a My Cloud Home WD server with Plex installed.
It used to work perfectly until now. Suddenly, my PLEX server can't reach the server and can't see any movie. It happens from my Phone and my Computer as well.
When I log into the WD device and go to the settings to see what's going on with the server, I click in "configure" within the applications and it just gets stuck. I don't know what is going on. The device IS connected to the internet (I wouldn't be able to see it if not).
I even thought of "disable" Plex within the configuration to see if what it needs is a "reboot", but I'm afraid to lose all the movies.

Any suggestions?

    Well you wouldn't lose your movies unless you outright delete them; maybe scan. Have you checked any customer support forms of any of the same repeat issues?
