Continuous buffering no matter what client system I use

ChileaquilesChileaquiles Validating, Plex Pass Posts: 5 Plex Pass

Running Server on seedbox version 1.12.0.4829.
Running latest app on multiple clients with nuc, roku, and PC's.
All with similar results.

A lot of buffering. Sometimes i can wait for a few minutes and the show or movie will start playing again. Other times i wait forever and nothing happens so i back out and play again. Some time it also just backs out of the movie i will be playing, not even show buffering it just kicks me out of the movie playing and have to play the movie again. Luckily most of the time the movie or show will start back up where it froze but other times if it is close to the end I will have to restart the movie or show from the beginning and fast forward to get the last few minutes of the show or movie.

My home download speeds are 180Mbps so i don't think that is the problem

I attached the server logs and would appreciate if somebody can potentially find the cause of the issue.

That's not true. The logs only show 1.11.3. Please first update to 1.12.0.

I guess you are mostly using PMP, because I can only see requests from two PMP clients in the most recent logs. However, there are no real errors or warnings contained in your logs. So can you please restart the server and then start a playback session directly after? We need these logs .

However, I have the feeling that remote access is not working correctly. Does the server setting "Remote Access" tell you that your plex server is "Fully accessible outside your network"?

sorry about that I updated the server after that.

Attached is new logs. Today tried to watch a movie and it kicked me out 5 times during the moving. No buffering sign just kicks me out and need to push play again. Luckily it starts were it left off.

The "Remote Access" has a green check mark next to it. when selected it says on the top, "Fully accessible outside your network"

At the moment I have to assume that there is some kind of network problem with your server hoster or transcoding is a huge problem for your server. What server do you use, i.e. is it a VPS or a bare metal root server? The only thing I got from your logs is that you use the Plex docker container. Do you use Direct Play and Direct Stream or do you need transcoding all the time?
