Plex Media Server Auto Turn Off

AndrewAndrew Posts: 9Members, Plex Pass Plex Pass

Hi, I realised that my Plex Media Server is automatically turned off every day. I cannot find any settings that it does that. My kids are complaining that after school when they want to watch a movie, my server is offline. I turned it on but it goes offline again at night. It has been happening for a few weeks now.

Please help or advice. Thanks.

I have actually managed tp locate crash reports from your server. Four crashes between 5th march and 10th March. So may be this is what is happening - the Plex Media Server app is crashing.

I do have a pre release build of beta for 1.12.1 that I will send you link for by private message. This build has changes that may resolve these crashes

If crashes continue, would need logs please

My mac mini has no power saving enabled. It has been running for many years now and I do not put anything to sleep or power saving. This I have confirmed. Thanks for the info!
