I have a problem with Movie

I been trying for at least a week to play a Movie in the Plex Fire TV app & I hit play & some orange line keeps going around & around & then crashes but I am not sure what is going on because I watched another movie & it played just fine & I seen when I searched the Internet last night that people need to submit logs I don't know how you do that on The Fire TV because I saw nothing in the settings about logs.
