Old cartoon has Mono audio track but has a Director's commentary in Stereo. Mono Track is skipped

I have a bunch of old cartoons like Popeye and others which audio is only in mono. When I ripped them the mono track is the primary track but they also have a 2nd track which is Stereo and it usually is a director's commentary or similar. The problem is when I have plex play the file via a playlist it skips the Mono track and starts playing the stereo track instead. I have to manually go into settings and change the audio track everytime it plays.

I have my computer playing 24/7 so this is not ideal. Why is it not playing the Mono Track since it is first audio track?

When manually playing the file it plays the first track properly.

For some reason it just posted when I wasn't finished.

File is a m4v with AAC audio.
Playing in Opera via Web client.
