Windows 10 App crashes on launch

I have tried deleting and reinstalling, I ran CC Cleaner after uninstall with no success. After loading, I get the following log file:

Same problem here. Windows said it couldn't run Plex app so I uninstalled and re-installed, now I get the same log file as above. (Except United States instead of Canada) Log file is generated after launch, upon pin entered for login.

uninstall plex - remove the folder

    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Packages\CAF9E577.Plex_aam28m9va5cke

then go into the registry and remove any mention of plex.

then reboot, reinstall again and let us know if that works

My Plex apps does the same (crash after selecting user) the first time that I start it (each days?). But, the second time (and the next) it's working fine. I will try to put logging ON for the next time. I got Windows 10 1709 Enterprise Edition 64 bits french-Canada on a Surface Laptop. (It's working fine on my others computers...)

I've started getting this on my laptop. I did recently have to replace the keyboard and used a US part, so now I use the US keyboard layout, but my language settings remains as English (United Kingdom). Could this be related. Seems odd its crashing after culture message.
