WHY is server not accessible??

My server is suddenly unreachable from the player. Both are up to date AFAIK. Server is Mac Mini, player is a Roku. Both are connected to the same wireless router (Mac via 5GHz, Roku via 2.4 GHz). The only recent change was to switch internet service from FIOS to Cox, but both devices are connected to internet now, again. I've re-signed into the Plex website and re-linked the Roku (with a new code. All seemed to go well, but Roku keeps saying "server is not accessible."
