Recent trouble with ATV3 and signing in with plexconnect

Has been working reliably but recently made the mistake of signing out of MyPlex to log into another account. Now I'm unable to sign into any account whatsoever. Any attempts at logging into MyPlex via the settings page results in an infinite buffering symbol with plexconnect showing:

I have also tried to whitelist the IP address of my ATV3 in PMS so that I can use it without authorization but any attempts to do so have only resulted in plexconnect showing:

Hard-coding the IP of my PMS and harcoding has yielded no results. Hard-coding the login info for MyPlex does result in my account being shown as logged in on the settings page but then no server is found and clicking discovery/hardcoding into the settings file does has not worked so far.

Can anyone please help?
