My Samsung TV does not play server media???

My Samsung TV is not playing music or video formats? I am using the lastest Plex app and have the latest plex server . Can anybody advise me how to fix this problem. Try not to be too technical in your response.

    I am trying to play MP4 video and MP3 Music format file from my QNAP server through my New Samsung TV Model UE40MU6470. I have the Plex for Samsung app installed version 3.3.4 the TV is operating Tizen 3.0. The Plex app opens fine and allows me to browse my media, however when is come to playing my Movies or listening to my music after a few seconds of clicking the play button the message appears There was a problem playing this item. PLAYER_ERROR_CONNECTION_FAILED:
    Can anybody HELP, as this is driving me crazy. Thank you in advance.

    I have exactly the same problem. Same versions of Plex and Tizen. TV is Samsung model UE40MU6405.
    Server versions, I have two, with same behaviour: on a Mac Mini, and on a NetGear ReadyNAS (ancient version because newer versions are not available to run locally on this version of the ReadyNAS).
    The problem is occurring playing MP3s for music, and various formats for video (mkv, m4v, mov, mpg).
    Wired internet connection to the TV, working fine with other apps (e.g. YouTube). Network status page on TV settings confirms connection is fine.
