Logging out issue

I've tried everything, I've factory restored it, i've removed plex rebooted and reinstalled it again but i'm still stuck as a home user for an account I don't use and I can't log out. Please help.

    I folded, I just made a new Roku account and it's working now.

    when on the home screen you should be able to click up until you're in the top bar and then select the current user. when you click that one, you should get an option sign-out (among others such as switch user).

    if you're actually using a home user, the sign-out might not be available.
    in that case you might try accessing https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices and remove the Roku... this should require the Roku client to be signed in during the next start of the client.

    I do not have access to the plex account so I cannot remove it.
