Can't connect to the web interface anymore (FreeNAS)

Since a few weeks back I am unable to find my Plex configuration website, is is seeking for the server but can't find it. The server is obviously running because I can watch movies from my desktop and HTPC, but I am unable to connect to: https://app.plex.tv,:32400/web/index.html# or the link directly from the FreeNAS plugins.

I am running version of Plex Server inFreeNAS-9.10.2-U6 (which is the latest available update from the web-gui). Can anyone guide me in the right direction? I have added some movies but the covers is wrong and right now I am unable to adjust it.

    When you say "IP" is this the private or public ip? can you try both just to see if any gives you a response?

    I mean local IP (I have not port forward anything outside my own network)
