Music Library scanning every time I play a song, skip a track or the next song comes on.

Each time I play a song, skip a track or one song finishes and a new one starts plex automatically re-scans the music library, which uses considerable cpu and takes a while as I have a large music library.

I currently have the "Scan my library automatically" box selected and understand that I could de select this to stop the issue, however I am regularly adding new media to the server so ideally I would like to keep this as it is.

I suspect this is caused by the metadata for the song being changed (Playcount, Skip count)
