    Open the web app
    go to Settings
then, on the left side 'Authorized Devices'
then on the top in the middle there is a filter dropdown
    set it to 'server'

Now, identify all those defunct server items and erase them (by clicking on the tiny red x).
But caution: don't erase your live server(s), or you'll have to re-connect those to your plex account.

Got help? Help others too - by reporting back with your results!
Have you checked the Documentation before posting a question in the forums?
Use the SEARCH function before starting a new thread!

Umm... that's not how you get to the Devices section on the web app.

Open web app -> Settings -> "Devices" (at the top)
The "dropdown" there is a sidebar on the left, not a dropdown.
