Some tips:

If you are upgrading, it's advisable to first uninstall the old app, unplug your TV from the wallsocket for a minute and then install the app again.This will make sure that no old settings are used by the new application.

The initial experience may be slower. Because the server needs to transcode images for your content. Once the images are cached on the server, it will be able to serve them much faster, so give the app some time to settle in. The same goes for Photos, they need to be converted before they can be used by the app.
