have you optimized your database recently? do you have database auto backups enabled so that you can restore from one?

Hello Thank you for your answer Yes I did optimize my database recently. In fact, I do it at least once a week. I do have auto backup every 3 days. If you have a solution, please tell me how to restore database I don’t want to mess with it.
