When trying to open uploaded photos on Plex, the server says “unknown error”. I am also using the plex photo app on my cellphone and that perfectly works. I just bought a Roku 50 inch Select Series television. Files that are .265 and mkv will only play audio and no video. MP4 files are fine. MKV and .265 files play fine on the Fire TV Stick.
