"Media not found." Error after update.

Hello

I have updated from Ubuntu 14.04 to 15.10. At first I even did not see my Server but then after reinstalling Plex it came back. Clean install is not really an option for me, I have many more thing like my VPN and Apache web server running on my server that all work fine. Just ran into big problems with Plex. Also, I Think if I made a new Plex Library and added everything they would work but I would really not like to do that because I have a huge library.

Right now the issues I have are that Plex does not autostart on Ubuntu boot and also I only can see movies / shows that are on recently added list or Watching list. If I open a category from the left like Movies or TV then I see the Shows and Movies but when I click on any of them I get:

Media not found. The media you're trying to access doesn't seem to exist.

When I do: sudo service plexmediaserver restart

I get: Job for plexmediaserver.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status plexmediaserver.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Then I ran: systemctl status plexmediaserver.service

I get:

    UPDATE:

    So now I have managed to get some things working, startup works.

    What I did was that:
    sudo nano /etc/systemd/system/plexmediaserver.service

    There I changed the APPLICATION SUPPORT DIR location to that of my Library really is.

    Other thing I did was that I changed the Preferences.xml file so that the new one would be exactly the same as the old one.

    Now, when I reboot, the correct Plex Media Server is autoloaded and running, but I can still see only files that are Recently added or On Deck. If I click on any of the subcategorys on the left and go from there, then I cant open any of the shows except the ones that are also "On Deck" or "Recently Added". These work from there also.

    I think I have all the correct premissions set and everything done but I still get:

    Media not found.

The media you're trying to access doesn't seem to exist.

    Interesting I get, and plex is running under a separate id. Are you sure it has write access to all of the paths that it needs?

    If i had problem with premissions then the "On Deck" and "Recently Added" items shouldnt work either, but they do. They are in the same location as the rest of my media.

    SOLVED: So I found a solution to my problem. It turned out that in the Plex Media Server.log file there was an ERROR:
    Feb 19, 2016 15:35:18 [0x7fa42dbfc700] ERROR - SQLITE3:0x10, 11, database corruption at line 67420 of [8a8ffc862e]
    I got a automated backup file and replaced my db and everything works great now!

Please disable "Verbose" logging

When logs (server or client app) are requested for an investigation, please do NOT turn on "verbose" logging unless it is explicitly requested. Verbose logging makes things much more difficult in the majority of cases.
