Constantly getting transcoder crashes.

They seem to be very random. I don't know what is going on. Any help?

    Would probably need a clip produced from one of the media files giving a crash so that the problem can be recreated and investigated. Most transcoder issues are media specific

    Also you do not have debug logging enabled.

    First please update the server to the current beta version - see https://plex.tv/downloads

    if the problem arises on this version, then please get diagnostics

    create a 5-minute clip from one of the media files and confirm that it does also crash the transcoder
    Then could you add transcoder verbose logging temporarily
    To do that, a registry edit is needed
    So using RegEdit, locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server
    Right click on Plex Media Server and select New -> String Value to add a new field
    Name it TranscoderLogLevel and give it a value of verbose
    Exit ReqEdit

    Then restart the server to get fresh logs
    Try to stream using the 5-minute clip that you know gives a transcoder crash

    When you get the failure, note down the time and get the logs - see https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200250417-Plex-Media-Server-Log-Files
    and attach the zipped logs with the info - on file / time
    And upload the 5-minute clip on dropbox or similar service and share link to it

    Delete the transcoder registry key for verbose logging
    using RegEdit, locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server\TranscoderLogLevel and delete it
