Plex Add-on for Kodi / Raspberry Pi 3 questions

Hi, I have a Raspberry Pi 3 running Kodi 17.x and the Plex Add-on. I have two questions:

  1. I have two versions of a video file in Plex: 1080p and 720p. I configured Plex on the Raspberry Pi to limit local playback to 720p, but it still picks up the 1080p file. On my browser, it plays the correct file (720p). I cannot get Plex to play the 720p file w/o click the "Play version".

  2. Can you sync files using the Plex Add-on?
