Synology and subtitles

zzozzo Posts: 42Members, Plex Pass Plex Pass
Hi all,

I already tried to find an solution to my issue but without luck...
So I've installed PMS on my Synology DS411+.
Everything is fine except that local subtitles are not scanned correctly.

I tried S01E11.fr.srt, S01E11.fre.srt and S01E11.french.srt, same issue...

Here is the log :

2012-08-05 21:52:19,491 (4000b) : INFO (__init__:458) - Found subtitle file: S01E11.fr.srt language: fr codec: srt

    Hi,

Nobody knows how to solve the subtitle issue?
I already tried to remove the localmedia and framework bundle folders then restart the server.
It recreates the folders but problem is not solved, still the same issue...

    Regards

    Same issue with 0.9.6.9
I tried to delete the framwork and localmedi bundles, but it still fails to catch subtitles.
