Won't connect to remote server

So In my.plexapp I can see my servers listed. It correctly has a green "Online" tag and the correct remote IP address and port number.

Address 173.14.23.XXX
Port 131XX

Now when I click Plex/Web it takes me finding servers. When it finally decides where to direct me it's sending me to

Which is the correct local port, if I were at home. The trick is I'm at my other place. I have a network here that uses the same network addressing schema, i.e. 192.168.0.X

If I manually replace the 192.168.0.XXX in my url with 173.14.23.XXX:131XX/web/index.html then I correctly get my remote content. However, the videos don't seem to be playing all that well.

    We are looking into better detection of if the local address is available. Right now, it can get confused by remote networks using the same local addresses. The fix will need to come in myPlex though.
