Excellent news ! Welcome from the "VoiceOver with Plex using blindie corner" (well, one of them anyway. There could be more for all I know !) Thanks for stepping up and hopefully the excellent VoiceOver screen reader compatibility of the Plex ATV client will continue. :)

Thanks W111BER, this is totally appreciated. I use this client every day and without it im pretty much lost and it renders the apple TV 2 useless. I look forward to this update release. Thanks so much.

Thanks Tobias.

I would happily accept requests for new features but at this moment I am focussed on preparing a stable 5.1 release!

Please feel free to let me know of any funky bugs you may find using the current version so I may add them into my system!

Happy to be onboard!

Thanks again for stepping up and i hope someday i can step up to develop like you

I seemed to have missed this thread. That is great news that there will be some more work done on the client, really looking forward to seeing what happens.

Hi Guys,
Great to see that someone has taken up the mantle on this one.

I have recently been wondering if there is any news on progress. I have heard that Plex is not stable currently on IOS 5, so still back on 4.4.4

Any news?

Hi everyone... I would also like to know if it is possible to somewhere see the status of the project... is there somewhere a website or twitter feed which somehow shows us the progress?

Is this client still being developed? It looks like W111BER is missing in action. Since it looks like this client is quickly losing steam, what's the next best front-end client for Plex? I'd like to avoid attaching an HTPC to the living room TV to keep the wife happy. How are the Roku and Google TV clients in comparison to the ATV2?

My roku 2xs is too slow compared to how the atv2 works with plex, out of all the units I have tested the ATV2 offered the best UI and interaction. I am going to get a vizio co-star once that is avail.
