I don't know if this is a bug or whether it's because my PMS machine is not powerful enough...

If I start watching a movie on the XBox 360 that requires transcoding (usually because it's an MKV container and or has 6-channel audio) and find that it's too jerky, I stop playing and go back to the library to find something else. At this point, nothing will play -- even files that don't require transcoding. The Xbox just complains about unplayable content.

The PMS machine is a dedicated Windows 7 machine. Core 2 Duo with 2GB RAM (not brilliant, I know).

Has anyone else had this issue?

All of my mkvs just stutter like crazy. Server is using 20% cpu so there should be no problem but it just stutters and then buffers constantly.

Cannot get it to work, no way no how.
