My plex user id: am2012
Playing video on Vimeo or from my local Synology drive gives the same error for all the media types.
The error message is
“We’re sorry but there was problem attempting to play ‘Trip to Mexico’:
There was a problem with media playback.
Tried various troubleshooting options
-> Clear the data in Manage Applications
-> Tried turning on/off HLS
-> Tried reducing video quality to 0
-> Tried various Transcoding options
-> Tried disabling Direct Play
-> Tried various options in Secondary Media Player
-> Tried less Color / More speed
-> Tried Reset to factory defaults
The App is also very very slow. It takes few seconds for each tap to respond. I've restarted the tablet several times and running only myPlex. but the same problem
Can you somebody please help?
