Do you get any content at all, or is it just empty?

I have the same problem with 4.4.4

Have you tried 5.0.2? The new version 0.11.0b2 is far more stable on 5.0.2 than previous versions of the plex client were.

I'm running 5.0.2 with 0.11.0b2 and I have the same issue, top row does not show anything. If I go into Settings -> View Settings "Select Plex Media Server" it says "myPlex" and I am unable to change it to anything else. I am running this Apple TV with a myplex user that only has servers shared to it, ie. it has now servers of its own.

Plex Servers:
Plex Media Server: 0.9.8.13.235 On Ubuntu 12.04
Plex Clients:.
PHT 1.0.4.144 on Mac Mini Mountain Lion and MBP with Mavericks
Plex Android 3.1.10.55 on Google Galaxy Nexus and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

Hey guys,
It doesn't let me open a new topic so ill ask it here:

Does anyone know why my streamed content to my ATV2 is so bad?

I mean- i stream 720p or 1080p videos and it looks like SD...

Any ideas?

Thanks :)

timtambla, what video quality do you have enabled on the ATV2 client? Check that it is set up for at least 720p bandwidth (4mbps).

And what hardware is your server running on? Does it have enough processing speed to transcode videos for the AppleTV when required?

Ive enabled 720P on the ATV2... I have 10MBPS internet connection, however, my APT is connected on the 2nd floor of my house while my router is downstairs...

If the internet connection is abit poor upstairs it will affect on the video quality? Maybe wired connection will be better than wireless?

And which router settings do you recommend to change in order to achive better quality?

Thanks man :)
