Hi,

I have this fatal error 0x80070643 when i’m installing plex on windows 10 fully updated.

If `E:\Plex` is the location where you are planning to have the [Plex data folder](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202915258-Where-is-the-Plex-Media-Server-data-directory-located- "Plex data folder"), then you must **not** install it there.

Install it at the default location on drive C: (it will only take ~ 160MB)

Only after it has been successfully installed, make the necessary changes to the server configuration and move the plex data folder over to E:
