# 1.41.0.8976 - Subtitle Sync?

Server Version#: 1.41.0.8976 (Windows, x64)  
Player Version#: Latest iOS, tvOS

Where’s the auto-sync subtitle feature? I’ve got the latest PLEX version short of the HEVC transcoding feature, I’ve got a Win 11 64bit OS, plenty of CPU (i9-13900K) and GPU (RTX 4060), but the function isn’t showing at all. Is there something else needed beyond latest version and 64bit?

Upgraded to 1.41.0.8992 - No changes. Not sure why this function is missing ☹

Restarted my browser after updating and yes, I see it now.

Thanks! My husband is one of those subtitles always on people so this helps me _a lot_

Just a FYI, we noticed that the feature had the incorrect version set for Apple devices so it wasn’t showing up for many users on these devices.

This has been rectified and should be visible in these clients now (restart the app if it still doesn’t show).
