2 files one plays the others does not-ideas?

As you can see by the media info attached one plays the other doesn’t and I cannot see why, can anyone help? If you need the logs, where do I find them-thanks very much. The won;t play, plays fine on Roku to TV using plex, but not on a PC, must be a setting somewhere?

I use roku playing files stored on a nas but played from a PC, its has so far played everything well, avi,mkv,obviously mp4, with only 50% “strain” on the PC.

You have to enable debug logs, reproduce the problem and share the entire log here so they can help you
