[3.2.20] App closing when minimised

So it's only recently started happening. Whenever I start playing music and minimise the app it'll close after a few seconds. Music stops, app no longer appears in taskbar or taskman. Logs indicate that windows is suspending the app but this doesn't seem to happen with any other UWP app during music playback (tried with Groove).

I am having the same issue. I decided to just switch to using the web client.

Worth nothing issue persists on 1703 Creators Update. I have now switched to using Plex Media Player. It's a shame as I do love the UWP and loved seeing it develop into something great. Unfortunately it's now seemingly abandoned.

I get everyone saying just switch to PMP or the web version, but that does nothing for those of us that are mainly sync'ers. Add sync to PMP and I guess that fixes most of our problems, but still leaves the few out in the dark using Windows 10 Mobile. This has gotten ridiculous. Just tell us what is going on. Plex says this app isn't abandoned and is being worked on. It has been a mess for a year and any type of update stopped about 1/2 a year ago.

I use Windows 10 Mobile and if the UWP ever becomes as unstable on mobile as it is on desktop then I guess I'll have to re-think my media platform as I'd be without music on my phone. It really is a shame because not that long ago the forums were alive with dev interaction. I honestly felt like not only was the UWP experience going to be great, but we were all being involved in shaping it.

My ideal scenario would to have the UWP fixed. I rather use that on my desktop and tablet than PMP (and I don't use snyc- it's just a nicer experience).

The issue here has been confirmed by at least one other user. It hinders our ability to use the app and Plex in general. We've had no acknowledgement from Plex that they're even aware of the issue.
