There is no need for a cop-out, because the feature suggestions are merely that: suggestions. As is spelled out here [Please Read: Before submitting a feature Suggestion](https://forums.plex.tv/t/about-the-feature-suggestions-category/273976)

Yes, that is the idea. The scarcity of a resource provokes a more thoughtful spending behaviour. The goal is to have those votes to represent the most pressing topics and not just a “ah, yeah. Nice to have that too”'.
